This warranty covers failure resulting from rust or corrosion in normal applications. “Failure” is defined as structural failure of the wire resulting in the loss of specified tensile strength. The full limited warranty does not apply to applications involving submersion of Alumi-Link products under water or soil, in chemical plant environments, around animal activity, tampering situations, acts of nature or any other abuse of the wire products.
This limited warranty is for replacement of Alumi-Link wire products and does not include labor and other costs. Guardian Fence Suppliers reserves the right to inspect installations prior to shipment of replacement wire products. Guardian Fence Suppliers will, upon receipt of claim and warranty card registration establishing purchase date, ship replacement of wire products for the affected material.
